    — Compose impactful case statements and appeal content for annual fundraising, year-end, major gift, institutional funding, and planned giving programs.

    — Design ancillary advancement materials for integration with client’s marketing plan and content strategies.

    — Write compelling grant proposals and accompanying budgets to increase foundation and corporate giving.

    — Assist in developing lasting relationships with donors through robust renewal programs and comprehensive stewardship activities.

    — Perform post-campaign studies for future application by analyzing data and donor feedback to transform forthcoming development activities.

  • BOARD DEVELOPMENT

    — Develop recruitment plans for board members and volunteers, including codifying member and committee roles and responsibilities.

    — Facilitate board discussion and enhancements by providing ongoing guidance and assistance with identifying areas of opportunity and concern.

    — Instruct and train new board members regarding effective governance and fundraising practices.

    EXECUTIVE COACHING

    — Advise and support executive leadership on fundraising, staff development, and other administrative and management issues.

    — Guide executive leadership on building and improving individual and group relationships with the organization’s fundraising operations.

    — Coach and foster overarching philanthropic culture among all leaders, staff, and volunteers.

    STAFF TRAINING & MENTORING

    — Provide training and mentoring to development professionals at all levels to assist them in developing successful and fulfilling careers.

    — Conduct periodic workshops with all staff to ensure a cohesive front for the organization’s fundraising efforts and brand expression.

    — Coach development team members regarding new practices and guidelines within the field.

  • — Explore organizational activities and internal culture to propose customized business plans and coaching for a thriving organizational culture and holistic performance optimization.

    — Develop structural roadmaps around the client’s mission, goals, and capacities, improving infrastructure, performance, and administration via capacity building.

    — Help build internal capacity by formulating strategies for proper resource allocation and training opportunities to foster long-term success most effectively.

    — Facilitate and guide an organization through a comprehensive strategic planning process, such as conducting stakeholder interviews and diagonal-slice conversations with staff, developing a clear vision for the organization’s future, and leading workshops on proper strategic planning tactics.

  • — Build strategic workflows and execute plans for sponsorship development and solicitation.

    — Handle sponsor negotiations and all MOU needs, including contract writing, execution, and day-of event execution/management.

    — Collaborate with organizations to develop an effective and compelling fundraising journey—before, during, and after—for sponsors and the public.

    — Develop content for marketing materials, such as case statements, brochures, and social media posts for community engagement.
